These terms govern the text messaging program operated by RoofTelli, LLC (“RoofTelli,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from RoofTelli, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You will normally have given your number to a roofing contractor who uses RoofTelli to prepare your estimate. That contractor is the business you are dealing with; their name appears on the consent box you ticked and at the start of every message you receive. The messages are sent by RoofTelli, LLC on that contractor’s behalf, from a RoofTelli number rather than the contractor’s own line.
When you opt in, RoofTelli may send you text messages related to your use of the RoofTelli service — for example, notifications about your roofing estimate, job status updates, appointment and document notifications, account alerts, and responses to your inquiries. Messages are informational, related to services you have requested; consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your account and job activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again through the RoofTelli service or reply START.
Because RoofTelli operates this program across all contractors who use the Service, replying STOP unsubscribes your number from the program as a whole, not only from one contractor. Your contractor can still reach you by phone or email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or lead generators. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
We may update these SMS terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
